More urundai kuzhambu: For urundai – Soak and grind: Thuar Dhal 3/4 Cup , Black gram dhal – 1 1/2 Tbl. Sp
Green chillies , Cumin seeds , salt . Grated coconut, finely cut onions.
For kulambu : Grated fresh coconut , red chillies, green chillies, Cumin seeds, Roasted gram , salt, turmeric powder, Asafoetida.
Mustard seeds , black gram dhal, Fenugreek , Curry Leaves, Oil
As usual, with very less oil, u prepare,healthy n tasty one. Tq so much…

We can use directly. No problem. Both ways also can be used.
